about the job
A company in a phase of expansion, Cedar Motors are currently looking for a Parts Controller to join their team at Head Office, Cedar House, Park West, Dublin 12. Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining a strong dealer relationship and to ensure Cedar Motors Aftersales objectives of a sustainable, profitable network of authorised repairers is achieved.

The Parts Controller position is an integral role within the team, delivering front-line, best-in-class service and support to the dealer network.
key responsibilities
  • achieve Manufacturer and Dealer standards.
  • to build & maintain an excellent working knowledge of all relevant parts systems.
  • to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction with the dealer network. 
  • to achieve a high level of accuracy in the processing of all spare parts movements.
  • to ensure a high standard of housekeeping & compliance with all Health & Safety procedures.
  • receiving & processing Dealer Orders.
  • assisting with parts ordering & stock management. Receiving & processing Dealer Orders.
  • to pro-actively contribute to departmental and inter-departmental teamwork and to be supportive of the overall company mission and related initiatives.
  • to maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.

  • previous Parts Department Management experience essential
